Where do I find my license key?
OPTIS apps don't use license keys - they're tied to your Shopify store. Once the app is installed from the Shopify App Store, all paid features unlock based on the plan you select inside the app.
How do I cancel my plan?
Open the OPTIS app inside your Shopify admin → Settings → Plan → Downgrade or uninstall. Billing stops immediately on uninstall (Shopify handles proration). If you need a refund for an unused billing cycle, reply to your latest Shopify invoice email and we'll process it within 1 business day.
Can OPTIS handle product personalization (engraving, custom text, image upload)?
Yes. OPTIS Product Options supports 20+ option types including free text, image upload, file upload, font picker, date picker, and color picker - all with conditional logic and live preview. See the OPTIS Product Options page for the full list.
Does OPTIS work with my custom theme?
Yes. Both apps are Built-for-Shopify certified and work with Dawn, Sense, Refresh, and the vast majority of paid third-party themes. If your theme needs adjustment to render the swatches or option blocks correctly, the OPTIS customization team will adapt it for free on first install.
Is there a free tier without watermarks?
Yes. Both OPTIS apps have a permanent free plan with no watermarks, no time limit, and no "Powered by" badge. Free covers most stores under 50 SKUs; paid tiers unlock conditional logic, bundles, combined listings, and priority support.
